Can a Crystal Really Heal You?

Can a crystal really heal you? This is a question I get asked a lot, and its not as straight forward as a yes or no. We all have layers and layers of healing to do, but we are never presented with an issue to heal that we aren't ready to heal.

When you work with a crystal, it's energy and frequency works with your energy to bring to your attention anything which may need healing at this present time. This could be something you were already aware of and are working through, or it could be something that you were unaware of but is now ready to be healed.

A crystal will help to support you through your healing, holding your hand, reassuring you, guiding you step by step and clearing and balancing your own energy so that you are more able to heal. It will show you what needs doing, what you need to be seeing and giving your attention and energy to. A crystal will help to clear the energetic blockages preventing healing, open and balance your energy centres, balance your Yin and Yang energies, and open your inner knowledge and intuition so that you can hear this guidance clearly. But you have to choose to heal. You have to be willing to look at, examine, and work on whatever is necessary for your own healing and growth. A crystal will not heal the issue by itself. It will not heal traumas, lessons, experiences without you examining and working on them as well.

So, no, a crystal will not heal you. A crystal is NOT the healer, it is a collaborator in your healing, a guide, an assistant, and aide. YOU are the healer. A crystal will support you, but you have to choose to do the work.
