The crown chakra or Sahasrara is located at the very top of your head, and is associated with the element of thought and the pineal gland within the physical body.

The crown chakra governs sense of inner and outer beauty, our depth of spirituality, our connection to the Divine, and our feelings of universal bliss. It controls the strongest energy vibrations within the body and balances the inner and outer sides of our nature. It helps us to feel and realise the interconnectedness of all things.
