The heart chakra or Anahata is located in the centre of your chest just above your heart, and is associated with the element of Air and the thymus glad within the physical body.

The heart chakra encompasses our feelings of compassion, joy, love for ourselves and others, acceptance, inner peace, our relationships, and helps us to feel connected. It relates to love, harmony, and understanding.
