Weekly Energy Reading for 18th September 2023
After a rather stressful weekend which provided me with many reminders that everything we experience comes from within us, and provided many opportunities to practice choosing my actions and reactions, I feel that this week simplicity is the answer and one simple crystal forest energy is all that is needed.
The crystal forest that has come to support us all this week is the Amazonite Forest, bringing harmony. Amazonite is a stone of hope, healing and balance. It helps us to release all those toxic emotions like stress, anxiety, frustration, and anger, and instead encourages us to take a deep breath and go with the flow instead of fighting against the tide. It helps us to see when things in our lives are beyond our control and asks us ‘why worry?’
Amazonite wisdom asks us to just breathe and allow the flow to carry us along with it, knowing that we are safe and loved. Just enjoy the journey. I am being reminded of an Edward Monkton poem I read many years ago called Zen Dog, “He knows not where he’s going, for the ocean will decide. It’s not the destination, it’s the glory of the ride.” Amazonite is asking us to just go with the flow and enjoy the ride we call life. When we truly do this, we will find ourselves in harmony.
